Site policies must agreed  by parents, carers and legal guardians on behalf of users under 16.

Provision of Service: We provide these services for you to use sensibly.  Though we cannot promise it will be always available but we will do our best to up and functioning.

Liability: We cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by use of this site, unless it was done by criminal actions on our part.

Intellectual property: remains with the owner for anything uploaded or published on this site - so if that's you then copyright remains yours for your content.  With this agreement, you allow us to make it available to other users on the site, which you can also control with your own use of the sharing and privacy settings.

The intellectual property for the site and its contents remains ours at BFESG. This includes trademarks, courses and content.

Do not do anything horrible or illegal to others or to yourself.  We will operate under - and be bound by the laws of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to take things down and ban use of the site for any bad activity. We also have a legal obligation to report anything illegal or anything raising Safeguarding concerns.

We do everything we can to make sure the site is secure because it contains your personal information.
